All positions are Work From Office roles. Candidates must be comfortable travelling to or relocating to the respective work location, if required.
1. Pricing Executive – Import | Mumbai
Experience: 3+ years
We are looking for a Logistics Pricing professional with experience in import shipment pricing for both Ocean and Air freight.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in General Logistics
- Experience in import shipment pricing
- Hands-on experience in Ocean and Air freight pricing
- Experience procuring freight rates from overseas agents
- Good understanding of international freight forwarding and pricing processes
- Ability to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for import shipments
2. Pricing Executive – Export | Chennai
Experience: 5+ years
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Pricing professional with strong expertise in export pricing for Ocean and Air shipments.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in General Logistics
- Strong experience in export shipment pricing
- Experience procuring rates from shipping lines and airlines
- Good understanding of Ocean and Air freight calculations
- Ability to calculate CBM (Cubic Meter) for Ocean shipments
- Knowledge of chargeable weight and volumetric weight for Air shipments
- Ability to determine the appropriate container/equipment based on cargo dimensions
- Understanding of aircraft requirements for different types of air cargo
- Strong knowledge of freight quotation and pricing processes
3. Operations Executive – Export | Chennai
Experience: Relevant experience in Air & Ocean Export Operations
We are looking for a Logistics Operations professional with hands-on experience in Air and Ocean Export operations and documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Ocean Export Operations
- Experience in Air Export Operations
- Knowledge of placing shipment bookings
- Experience in Shipping Instruction (SI) filing
- Experience preparing Bill of Lading (BL)
- Experience preparing Air Waybills (AWB)
- Strong understanding of export documentation
- Ability to manage the operational process from booking placement through shipment documentation and Proforma Invoice preparation
- Good knowledge of end-to-end freight forwarding operations
4. Pricing & Operations – Project Logistics | Gurgaon
Experience: 5+ years
This position is specifically for professionals with Project Logistics experience.
Candidates from General Logistics will NOT be considered for this role.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Logistics Pricing and Operations
- Strong experience in both pricing and operational processes
- Hands-on experience handling project cargo and complex shipments
- Strong understanding of freight calculations, equipment requirements, and shipment execution
- Experience with:
- Over Dimension (OD) Cargo
- Out Gauge (OG) Cargo
- Break Bulk (BB)
- Open Top (OT) Cargo
- Ability to assess cargo dimensions and identify suitable transportation equipment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Project Logistics operations and pricing
