About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of DLF GCA, Sector 92, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth mall operations, vendor coordination, facility management, tenant support, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily mall operations.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, parking, and maintenance functions.
- Monitor facility management activities and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
- Address tenant concerns and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other facility-related requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Support mall events, promotions, and other operational initiatives as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Facility Management, Mall Management, Property Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in malls, commercial properties, retail destinations, or mixed-use developments.
- Candidates residing in Sector 92, Gurugram, or nearby areas will be given preference due to operational requirements and ease of commute.
- Candidates with prior experience working in malls, shopping centers, retail destinations, or commercial properties, particularly in the Gurugram region, will be preferred.
